CSS - Options panel out of place.

Problem:
When viewing your options (/profile/username/options/) in Firefox
4, the options panel (form id: "options") is shifted to the right
of the main panel.
Fix:
From what I can tell, the first is being "squeezed out" and
increasing the vertical margins - setting the main outer most
fieldset's margin to "30px 0"- allows for it to fit
back into place.
I have tested this fix with Firebug 1.7a7 and Firefox 4.0b8pre
nightly.
